Artist Statement:
This print depicts a small wooden summer cottage along a lake in rural Canada. The cottage is viewed through the windows of an adjacent bunkhouse, whose frame matches the given dimensions of the copper plate. Shadows, textures, and foliage are rendered using layers of exploded hatch patterns and perspectivally altered through scripting.
